We hereby have entered yet another museum: Oslo Museum, Bymuseet. This is part of our longterm collaboration with OSLOOVE, an oral history project initiated by Memoar, Norwegian organization for oral history, for the 400th anniversary of Oslo in 2024. The focus for OSLOOVE is minorities, diversity, freedom of expression, and the personal voices that will be communicated in various ways and in collaboration with artists and organizations, among them: Karmaklubb*. ↗︎ With the help of many volunteering inhabitants of Oslo, 400 personal histories and memories are gathered and will be saved for the future through the City Archive, Byarkivet. Find a fresh news post by Oslo Museum ↗︎ here.
In addition, OSLOOVE has brought us to the ↗︎ sauna, live storytelling, film screenings, and much more — and a show is coming up. Once again: Everyone involved in the interviews, events, organising, spreading the word ...: You are deeply appreciated. — Thank you, driving force Cathrine Hasselberg; you deserve appreciation and endless support. Also kudos to someone dear for introducing us a few years ago — Kristine Halmrast — to what have become not only a meaningful collaboration, but also a true friendship. The one and only ↗︎ Ryona Crystal & the Extraordinary Company for ONCE AGAIN spreading your glam and warm personas all over. Together we change history.
