Karma* ale batch 9: ‘Anemone’ with Disko Brewing
Ale
Description

Anemones live in wet surroundings, often marine, even fresh water. They are named after a type of flower because of their colourful appearances, a bit like an underwater discotheque. Actually, they are related to both corals and jellyfish, and can grow 60 centimeters wide. There are many nice things to read about the anatomy of animals. This is an animal, although it is built rather different from humans. But a close friend stated that many creatures living in the sea, such as jellyfish, act strange and does not necessarily look so good outside their preferred habitat, like when they are on land, or if you hold them in your hands. Surprise. Not so unlike us after all, then. Imagine being put on a dress if you do not want to, or being denied wearing it when the urge is there. Ever felt that as a child? Still do?

For the ale it is a Disko creation gone Karma* clone. We twist it, just the way we like it. An American pale ale, elegantly hopped with ↗︎ Saaz. A Bohemian hop, a noble one, distinct and classic aroma. But in this can is also a lot of juice mango.
